Counselling therapy is a place to heal, and that healing begins with the therapeutic alliance. We will work together to create a safe and trusting space for you to process your thoughts and emotions, goals and dreams, fears and hopes.

I have a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and am a Licensed Counselling Therapist (LCT) in good standing with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick (CCTNB).  I have training in a variety of therapeutic approaches in order to be able to offer my clients professional and ethical service. I have completed training in the following modalities: Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT).

I use an Integrative Approach with an Attachment lens because therapy is not ‘one-size fits all’ as we are all impacted by attachment. We can decide together which approach will help you accomplish your goals. I am a trauma-informed therapist and acknowledge that trauma impacts people in many ways. In my practice, I work with couples as well as individuals to understand the impact this has had on you and/or your marriage. Counselling therapy is a place to heal, and that healing begins with the therapeutic alliance. We will work together to create a safe and trusting space for you to process your thoughts and emotions, goals and dreams, fears and hopes.
